RETURN POLICY

It is expressly agreed that the COMPANY will accept requests for replacement of products only for reasons related to their size and color and always subject to the availability of stocks in the appropriate size or color within a period of fourteen days from the receipt of the product. In this case, the USER shall bear the costs of sending the products to the COMPANY, which shall be sent together with the payment document and the COMPANY shall return the new product to the USER at its own expense through its partner courier company.

The COMPANY provides the USER the right to replace the products purchased through the online store for reasons that wear on the size and color of these not only through the online store but also in the physical store Kastoria, 5 Megalou Alexandrou Alexandrou, if the corresponding product code is available. In any case, however, the USER is required to present the retail receipt at the store to which he goes. In this case the COMPANY recommends the USER before going to a store for replacement to contact the COMPANY and the corresponding store in order to check the availability of products.

The products must be returned in the condition in which they were received by the USER and with the packaging, unworn and clean. Furthermore, in order for the replacement to be accepted, the special markings on the clothes (the labels) must not have been removed and it is necessary to return the sales document.

Exceptions. It is expressly agreed that no replacement request will be accepted in the event that the product is sold as a package (packages containing more than one piece such as socks), Swimwear & Underwear (for hygiene reasons).In this case the USER may replace the entire product and provided that the package has not been opened, with another that may be offered in another color or size.

Replacement due to the existence of an actual defect of the product or lack of the agreed quality of the product. It is expressly agreed that the USER has the right to replacement of the products or refund of money etc. in accordance with the relevant provisions on sale of articles 534 et seq. A.C., observing all relevant rules in case of the existence of a defective product or due to lack of its agreed quality, if this is established after of course and after an inspection of the returned product by the COMPANY, as already mentioned above under item 5.3. In this case the costs of returning the products, which will be done through the courier company cooperating with the COMPANY, shall be borne by the COMPANY.
