PAYMENT METHODS

. 1. Payment upon receipt of the order at your place (cash on delivery) no more than 499€:

1.1. Pay the courier employee, upon delivery of your order at your place.

1.2. According to the current tax provisions, from 03.01.2012 documents of a value of more than 1.500€ to individuals (Retail Receipt) should be paid ONLY in the following ways:

1. Receipt and payment of your order in the physical store of MISS CLOTHING

2.1. At the final stage of order completion, select "pickup from store" in the Shipping Method. Your order will remain in the store you selected for a limited period of time after the order has been placed. The payment of the order will be made at the store's cash desk, upon receipt of the product, only in cash, and upon presentation of your ID (or passport).

 Shipping costs / Free delivery

For orders over 40 €:

 The cost of transport is free of charge for all of Greece.

 For orders under 40 € :

 The cost of transport is 3.5 €.                   

 Order delay. In very exceptional circumstances, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

 The product has been delayed due to lack of raw materials. In such a case, we will contact you to ask you if you still want us to fulfil the order without this product or suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately after receiving it in our warehouses.

 The product you ordered has been discontinued and is not available:. In this case, an employee of MISS CLOTHING will contact you directly to inform you about possible alternatives.

 In periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.

 In case it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, your details you have entered are not correctly updated.

In any case, if within sixty (60) days from the time of transmission of the order the object of the order has not yet been delivered to the recipient, the recipient has the right, upon completion of the above period, to withdraw from the order.
