Orders must be received in writing via the Internet by filling in and sending the relevant Order Form available on the website www.missclothing.gr. Your order is considered received by MISS CLOTHING from the moment you receive an e-mail notification to the contact e-mail address you have registered.

 

Your order is considered binding when the order status is marked "In Shipment" or "Available for Delivery".

 

The ordering party must check the Registration Confirmation and inform the COMPANY in writing immediately or at the latest within 12 hours from the time of receipt of the electronic notification, for any possible error, otherwise the data mentioned in the Registration Confirmation will be applied to this Contract.

 

The prices of the products. Before sending an Order Form, it is assumed that the following data and information have been made known:

 

The prices of the various products listed on the pages of the website include VAT at the rate provided by law.

 

The prices of the online store may change at any time without notice. Miss Clothing is not responsible for and does not cover price differences of products purchased from a physical Miss Clothing store and the customer has subsequently found out that a lower price exists in its online store or vice versa.

 

The various product offers are valid until stocks are exhausted. In case of low or limited availability of stock of a product on offer, Miss Clothing reserves the right to execute the relevant orders based on the satisfaction of as many of its customers as possible, i.e. orders placed by different/separate users.

 

Prices - stocks. The cost of products may vary. The COMPANY declares that all prices included on the website are subject to these changes, of which the USER will be duly informed. Furthermore, the COMPANY's products are subject to the availability of stocks of these products, of which the USER will be duly informed.

 

Correct declaration of the USER's data. When ordering, all the data declared by the USER must be true and accurate. To avoid clerical errors it is considered advisable for the USER to check all the details of his order before completing it.

 

  Your obligations as a Customer. You are responsible for:

 

 Your product choice.

 Telephone and postal expenses for communication with MISS CLOTHING, if any.

 The costs of shipping and/or transport of the products to the buyer's residence unless otherwise specified.

 

Proof of your transactions. Sending an order through the website www.missclothing.gr is equivalent to an acknowledgement that the debts and other facts relating to the use of the website www.missclothing.gr will be proven by the extracts from the books of Miss Clothing, in which the status of your order is reflected and to which you acknowledge and attribute full probative value. You also acknowledge that any data stored locally on Miss Clothing's computers or in the electronic data storage facilities of internet service providers fully evidences your activities on the Miss Clothing website and all relevant facts.

 

Right not to accept the order. The COMPANY although it has made the maximum effort, so that both the characteristics and prices of products to be accurate reserves the right not to accept an order of products, which inadvertently bear incorrect characteristics or price e.g. due to graphical error or due to technical errors in the operation of the page or for any other reason.

 

The COMPANY reserves the same right in case of an order with a very high price as well as the right to contact the USER.

 

The COMPANY also declares that it reserves the right not to accept an order from a person who has not received and paid cash on delivery ordered products without justification repeatedly in the past. In any case, the COMPANY declares that it reserves the right to contact the USER in order to ensure the smooth progress of the completion of each order. In addition, the COMPANY reserves the right at its sole discretion to contact especially in the case of a person who has not received, having chosen as a payment method the cash on delivery, ordered products without justification repeatedly in the past with this person and to request in this case the payment of the price and any expense by deposit in a bank account.

 

 Delivery of products and risk of deterioration. From the time of delivery of the ordered product by Miss Clothing to the courier service, the risk passes to the buyer and Miss Clothing is not responsible for accidental damage or deterioration of the products.

 

The products can be shipped to you anywhere within the Greek Territory. The products will be sent to the place you have indicated in the Order Form by courier service of the company Geniki Tachydromiki. However, Miss Clothing reserves the right to choose a different courier or shipping company, even after you have ordered your products. If the area you are in is considered by Generiki Postal Service to be inaccessible, your parcel will remain at the nearest General Postal Service store. Shipments will be made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

 

Also, Miss Clothing is not responsible for loss, delayed delivery, damage or deterioration of the products in transit by any courier company.

 

 Force majeure. MISS CLOTHING shall not be liable for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to the fault of MISS CLOTHING or due to force majeure, during which time MISS CLOTHING shall be entitled to an extension of time for performance. Illustrative examples of force majeure reasons may include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier/transportation/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such events last for more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.

 

Order cancellation. You can cancel your order at any stage of its processing, after contacting the Customer Service Department by phone, at 2467306752 , or by sending an email to [email protected], daily from 11.00 to 19.00. Depending on the stage of progress of your order, MISS CLOTHING will inform you of the options available to you.

 

Pick-up from the physical store. Miss Clothing provides the user with the possibility of ordering the products that are available through the online store and receiving the products from the physical store maintained by Miss Clothing. In particular, the customer may select through the online store the product(s) he/she wishes, as well as the physical store from which he/she wishes to receive his/her order, paying the price of his/her purchase in cash, upon receipt of the products from the store, in the case of this particular option. This possibility is offered under the following terms and conditions:

 

- The customer must provide the required information to verify his/her identity (i.e., full name, email address, contact phone number.

 

- In the event that it is determined that a user makes an abusive exercise of this option provided by Pro-tec hellas (e.g. repeated ordering of items through the online store and not receiving them from the store, etc.), the latter may reject and refuse the order of the user in question through the store's pick-up option, as well as discontinue the ability to submit online orders.
